We are engaged in the development, construction and production of prototypes of machine parts and replicas of parts of historic vehicles. We use modern CAD and simulation systems, 3D scanners and 3D printing.
We specialize in the production of castings using the hybrid casting method, suitable for piece and small series production.
Thanks to these technologies and procedures, we are able to produce almost any part.
Design of machine components
3D scanning
We can create 3D CAD models and production documentation, we can laso verify the construction using FEM.
We perform accurate 3D scanning of objects from the size of a car, to palm-sized objects.
Reverse engineering
Technological preparation
We can convert the scanned objects into CAD models, while making the necessary adjustments to the geometry, given your requirements or the requirements of subsequent production technologies (e.g. allowances for machining, shrinkage of castings, etc.).
Hybrid casting technology
3D printing
We can provide the production of your components. Our specialty is piece and small-batch production of castings from light alloys, steels and cast irons using hybrid casting technology, using 3D printing.
We print ABS, PLA, PC, PETG, CPE+, Nylon, PP, TPU + PVA/BVOH materials for printing components with functional cavities.
Machining
Measurement of production accuracy
We can also provide machining, including CNC technologies and other finishing manufacturing operations (e.g. heat treatment and surface treatments).
Using a 3D scan, we can determine the accuracy of production by comparing the final product with the intial design CAD design.
